Necesitaré fotografías del espacio en el que vamos a trabajar, si no tienes unos planos, necesitaré las medidas y saber cual es el presupuesto que has pensado invertir. 

 

Me desplazaré a tu vivienda para tomar los datos necesarios para el proyecto, comentaremos insitu, las necesidades de tu vivienda. Si la vivienda es de nueva construcción y sólo tienes los planos, trabajaremos sobre los mismos.

 

Una vez recibida esta información:

  • Podré estudiar tu proyecto tras este encuentro en el que te preguntaré por tus gustos, necesidades y prioridades, igualmente me puedes enviar por email, fotografías en la que se visualice bien el espacio, planos, medidas,  toda la información que consideres necesaria para trabajar en el mismo.

  • Optimizaré el espacio en función de tus actividades, tus prioridades, organizando el espacio para que sea funcional, práctico, cómodo y con carisma. 

  • Te ayudaré a definir tu estilo. En la propuesta verás cada zona con los elementos que se incluyen en el proyecto, de esta manera tendrás una idea global de cada espacio, su ubicación en el plano y medidas.

  • Te ayudaré a elegir tu paleta de colores, aquellos con los que te sientas mas cómoda, sabrás que sensación aporta el color en cada espacio y porque la selección de unos tonos u otros.

  • Te aportaré ideas para la selección de los muebles que necesitas y resto de elementos para crear un espacio en armonía.

  • La iluminación juega un papel muy importante en nuestro día a día, sacaremos el máximo potencial al espacio y a tu actividad diaria, con una buena iluminación. 

  • Redactaré una propuesta en la que quedará detallado todo lo que necesitas para conseguir el espacio que tanto deseas.

  • I will optimize the space according to your activities, your priorities, organizing the space so that it is functional, practical, comfortable and with charisma.

  • I will help you define your style. In the proposal you will see each zone with the elements that are included in the project, in this way you will have a global idea of each space, its location in the plan and measurements.

  • I will help you choose your color palette, those with which you feel more comfortable, you will know what sensation brings color in each space and because of the selection of some tones or others.

  • I will provide ideas for the selection of furniture you need and other elements to create a space in harmony.

  • Lighting plays a very important role in our day to day, we will get the maximum potential to space and your daily activity, with good lighting.

  • I will write a proposal that will detail everything you need to get the space you want so much.

¿CÓMO VAMOS A TRABAJAR?

Una vez me hayas enviado la documentación necesaria a través del formulario de contacto recibirás:

  • Una propuesta que incluye, un plano en el que se visualiza la distribución del espacio, una selección de mobiliario, medidas y ubicación, gama cromática del espacio, materiales y precio del proyecto.

  • Sobre esta propuesta podemos trabajar, está abierta a modificaciones, nos ayudará a la toma de la decisión final.

  • Durante este proceso, me puedes contactar mediante teléfono, email, WhatsApp, es un periodo de comunicación y entendiemiento, en donde estamos sentando las bases para diseñar nuestro hogar.

Te enviaré una nueva propuesta por correo electrónico mas completa, que incluye :

​

  • Plano en planta con las nuevas distribuciones y cambios comentados. 

  • Plano técnico y mas detallado, sobre todo si existe mobiliario a medida, detalle de los materiales, alzados, cortes y vistas.​

  • Plano en planta con la ubicación del punto de luz, los proyectos de instalación de iluminación, electricidad, fontanería, saneamiento, forman parte de la Opción Premium.

  • Presupuesto cerrado por estancias, verás todas las piezas que necesitas en el espacio y cual es su coste total. ​​​

  • Presupuesto detallado de obra (Opción premium)

I will send you a new proposal by email more complete, which includes:

 

 

  • Floor plan with new distributions and changes discussed.

  • Technical and more detailed plan, especially if there is custom furniture, detail of materials, elevations, cuts and views.

  • Plan in plan with the location of the point of light, the projects of installation of lighting, electricity, plumbing, sanitation, are part of the Premium Option.

  • Budget closed for stays, you will see all the pieces you need in the space and what is your total cost.

¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO NECESITO?

    HOW LONG DO I NEED?

Me pondré en contacto contigo, una vez recibida la información necesaria en la que se incluyen las imágenes y medidas, en menos de 30 días tendremos finalizada la propuesta. Todo esto depende del tiempo que necesites para enviarme la información necesaria. Si el pedido lo necesitas de inmediato, o tienes poco plazo para ejecutar la reforma debemos trabajar de una manera mas fluida.

​

Para realizar el pedido de lo que incluye la propuesta de decoración, debemos que tener en cuenta el Stock del mismo, y coordinar que todos los elementos llegen en un mismo plazo. Los sofás y los muebles a medida son los elementos que suelen demorar mas tiempo, al estar hechos exclusivamente para nosotros, sin embargo, objetos como sillas, mesas, iluminación, colchones, suelen tener stock, haciendo que la entrega sea mas inmediata.

​

Lo normal para la ejecución del proyecto, desde que se inicia la propuesta hasta que terminamos el montaje, es de 6 a 8 semanas, siempre se puede demorar si hablamos de piezas que proceden de fuera de España, si son ligeros cambios, el tiempo de ejecución es mas breve.​
